Use of high-quality zirconia abrasive achieves a sharp performance.In order to hance further abrasive performance, extremely hard backing is used.This works quite well on the dry type of heavy metal working especially for metals on which stainless steel is easily welded.

CETS-OUT SERIES

This abrasive belt uses ceramic abrasive. With its sharp shape, its sharp performance is not lost even when used for light grinding work.The abrasive used for this belt has a superfine crystal structure which brings about the spontaneous blade action. This can prevent the cutting edge from wearing, while continuously maintaining the abrasive performance.This product is applicable especially for difficult-to-machine metals, such as titanium alloy.

FEATURES OF ALUMINUM-SPECIALIZED PRODUCTS

We developed abrasives for aluminum materials which are soft and can be easily damaged with deep scratches, and easily welded by abrasives. These products are coated with anti-welding agents, so that scratches due to the attached aluminum can be reduced.
